This has to be the most curious thing that’s happens to me at work in months:
I was creating a Scheduled Task that runs a script that opens an excel workbook, among other things. The task completes successfully but the excel doc doesn’t exist afterwards. Some deep googling found this article where there’s a broken link to a solution, however David-Thomas saves the day explaining exactly what he did by following the article.
In order to fix this, just create a folder called “Desktop” in the following directory:
That’s it. Boom. It will work.
