This article saved my life today: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555648/en-us The path to userinit.exe was doubled up with a path to an MS update as well. Luckily this only screwed up one account. Force your local printer to download new drivers from the print server

Sometimes something happens with your print drivers and you need to download the new ones from the server. If you log into the print server and adjust the drivers on a shared printer, the new driver will automagically be distributed everyone who already has the printer shared.
