Does Siri change the way it understands me when I change the language to different English versions?
The short answer: Yes. For English speakers, The easiest way to test this theory is to change the language from an English version to German or French. Ask Siri a question and watch it offer a web search for the closest thing it could possibly translate from your gibberish.
If you are satisfied with the way Siri understands you and your English accent then you have a few options to choose from. You can make the changes by heading to Settings > General > Siri > Language.

Have fun!
