No Users/Groups Listed in Fortinet Single Sign on Authentication

I thought I had everything set up the way I needed it to be. In my FSAE I had filtered Domain Users so I could see the Domain\Domain Users group just fine. For some reason, no matter what I did, I couldn’t get that group to show up in the Single Sign On Authentication. The quick fix? Turn off your Windows Firewall where AD is installed. This will allow communication between the Fortinet and the AD Server.
