Manually Uninstall Umbrella Roaming Client

Sometimes uninstalling the Umbrella Roaming Client can be a pain. It's supposed to be. After all, it's protecting your machine and it's not just going to show up in Add\Remove Programs. Instead, you'll want to open up a command prompt as an admin and enter the following: wmic Product where name='Umbrella Roaming Client' call uninstall This will run through some processes and you'll eventually be in good shape. Is Umbrella Roaming Client removing your DNS entries?

I ran into an interesting issue when changing the DNS settings on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server not too long ago: Each time I tried to change the DNS settings I'd hop back into the NIC settings to review my changes and they would be gone.
